Do not buy if you do not like what you see in the pictures. The item you will receive upon purchase is exactly what you see in the pictures that are posted and nothing else.

The purchaser is aware that PayPal should regard "chargebacks" and "unauthorized transactions" by the bank or creditor as attempts by the purchaser to hold/keep the sold item while receiving compensation. This is fraud.

Once it has shipped, the item is no longer the seller's responsibility. The purchaser is solely responsible for handling any carrier disputes in the event that the product is lost or damaged in transit.

The buyer is fully aware of the item's precise condition because they have seen all the images that have been given for it and may request additional pictures via message.

The buyer is aware that, in the unlikely event that they believe the item they purchased was different from the one they received, their only legal recourse is to videotape the unpacking of the product, as this is the only evidence they will ever need to prove their case. Additionally, the recording cannot be split apart. The entire video should play in order to confirm the veracity of the buyer's allegation. In order for the dispute or claim to be valid for evaluation by Grailed and PayPal, the products MUST indicate a major difference (as in, an entirely different item, such as buying a jacket but not receiving a jacket) and a completely different color upon video recording the unpacking of the item.

IN ALL OTHER CASES, THE BUYER UNDERSTANDS
THAT A DISPUTE OR CLAIM IS NOT LEGITIMATE AND GRAILED/PAYPAL SHOULD DECIDE IN MY FAVOR.
