This piece was crafted in Japan by Seilin & Co. under their specialized indigo-focused imprint, Blue Blue, known for pioneering Japanese heritage Americana workwear out of Tokyo's Daikanyama district. Cut from medium-weight indigo-dyed cotton denim, the six-panel cap showcases authentic vintage fading along the seams and crown. The front features a classic two-tone red and ivory felt varsity letter patch, complemented by stitched red contrast eyelets. As vintage Japanese denim reproductions from early Seilin sub-labels become increasingly collected overseas, original 1990s accessories in sound wearable shape remain difficult to source.
