The polished gold-tone GG medallion sits at the center of this elongated clutch
wallet, its double-G insignia gleaming against a backdrop of Gucci’s iconic
beige and brown GG Supreme canvas. Cocoa brown leather trim frames the
structured edges, providing a subtle contrast and emphasizing the classic lines of
the silhouette. Originally introduced in the 1970s, the GG Supreme canvas became
a hallmark of Gucci under Aldo Gucci’s leadership, prized for its durability and
instantly recognizable monogram. This piece continues that tradition,
reflecting the house’s Florentine origins and unwavering commitment to material
innovation and artisanal craftsmanship. The interior features organized compartments for
notes and cards, lined in a matching brown fabric. The gold-tone zipper closure
glides smoothly, keeping the contents secure inside.
Condition: Very Good — the exterior canvas and leather trim are clean with minimal
signs of use; the gold-tone hardware remains bright; note that the interior shows
isolated areas of peeling on the lining, consistent with age and use.
