The Highs Lows x ASICS Gel-Lyte V “Medic” is a 2015 collaboration inspired by military medic uniforms and Australian military history. The upper combines black garment leather with perforated olive suede, accented by red and white details referencing the medical cross. Additional elements include 3M reflective Tiger Stripes, a splatter-patterned neoprene tongue, and mesh panels inspired by military netting. The white midsole features a glow-in-the-dark finish.
