Rare 18 East MFG utility / chore jacket, made in India and tagged size Medium.

Really unusual all-white construction using a heavily textured, puckered / crinkled woven fabric that gives the entire garment a three-dimensional, almost quilted appearance. The texture is built throughout the collar, body, sleeves and pockets rather than simply being a surface print.
