Size 1, which can fit here both a EU 46 (regular fit) and EU 48 (sliim fit), fits between small and medium US size. My tailor has very slightly extended the width between armpits .
The armhole is high, like a jacket (tight shoulders width). The arms are rather slim, there is no room to wear a thick jumper or a jacket. This is a mid-season coat (it is not warm, it is rather lightweight). Best over a T-shirt or shirt.
Best for a rather tall and slim figure.

I just tried it on at home and then kept it in my closet, hence in excellent condition.
