These are Burberry Black Label cargo pants, a specialized line that was available exclusively in Japan through a licensing agreement with the Japanese company Sanyo Shokai. It featured slimmer fits and contemporary "street-style" aesthetics, such as these multi-pocket cargo pants.
Burberry ended this 45-year partnership in June 2015 to regain global control of its brand.
