Made in Mexico
I am not sure when this product released
I have a relative who has good standings with Chanel as a customer and has been invited to private events and shows where they give out gifts. But cannot confirm if this is where she got this item.
This item is Chanel branded, and to my knowledge is a rare authentic gift that wasn’t available to the public.
