Very unique pleated shorts with large mitten cargo pockets. The mittens are “functional” in the sense that, your whole hand can fit inside. They are deep and sturdy pockets.

I think the material is a cotton/poly blend, it has no stretch. The material also has a slight luster when it catches the light. The cuff on the bottom is sewn.
