medium-to-heavier weight rayon with a soft flannel-like handle and a flowing drape, hand garment-dyed in jet black. an unusual cut with relaxed shoulders, a fitted waist, unusually shaped wide lapels, and oversized sleeves. two side pockets with flaps and a single chest pocket. ventless back. boiled wool underarm inserts in contrasting brown-grey. "melted" horn buttons throughout. charcoal grey polyester and cotton partial lining. beautifully creased and misshapen — the combination of rayon's silk-like drape and the fullness of the lining creating a unique shape.

the models in the runway pictures wear the same jacket in polyester and cotton — the cut is identical but the rayon version drapes more softly and fluidly.

tagged size Small, fits true to size. measurements taken flat and unstretched: armpit to armpit 52 cm, waist 46 cm, length 70 cm, shoulder 43 cm, outside sleeve 67 cm, inside sleeve 52 cm.

100% rayon. underarm inserts 97% wool, 3% nylon. lining 65% polyester, 35% cotton.

great pre-owned condition with some minor pilling. very clean, no marks or odours.
