Amazing pants made of a lambskin leather material. Manufactured by the great Ruffo, along their designer-oriented line called Ruffo Research that worked with several european designers for always 2 collections, this bottom piece is part of the A.F. Vandevorst era. For their Autumn 2000 collection, one of the main design interest for the Belgian duo was to rework leather fabrics in a trompe-l'œil way. As seen here, the luxurious leather material presents a special "worn-in" treatment that creates the illusion of a used, patined blue cotton jeans fabric. The garment recreates the vintage aspect of an old pair of denim. Classic 5 pocket pattern with turn-up hem. Yellow stitching. Half lined. Zip fly closure system with a snap button.
