Lightweight 100% cotton construction with an elastic drawstring waist and relaxed straight-leg cut. The dense collegiate all-over print makes these much more interesting than typical USC sweatpants.

Dating Clues:
The older Starter black woven S-star label, numeric 40-42 XL sizing, simple RN tagging, all-over collegiate print, and garment construction are consistent with late-'90s/early-2000s Starter licensed apparel.
