A particularly uncommon vintage Dr. Martens configuration featuring the distinctive 7-eyelet profile, steel toe cap and Made in England construction. This style is considerably less common than the classic 8-eye Dr. Martens and is highly appealing to collectors of vintage British footwear.

The boots have been carefully cleaned, conditioned and freshly relaced while retaining their original vintage character.

These boots display several characteristic details associated with vintage Made in England Dr. Martens, including the traditional welt construction, hand-finished/overlapping stitching at the welt join, aged yellow/olive-toned welt thread, woven “With Bouncing Soles” heel tabs and the molded Dr. Martens/AirWair markings on the sole.

The steel toe was confirmed with a magnet test, which shows strong magnetic attraction through the leather at the toe box.

CONDITION
Very good vintage/pre-owned condition with excellent overall presentation.
The leather has been cleaned and conditioned and retains a beautiful glossy black appearance. There are normal signs of previous wear consistent with the age and history of vintage footwear, including some wear and slight fraying to portions of the welt stitching/thread and minor marks/wear to the leather and soles.
