The measurements may seem small, but the fabric is very stretchy so the sizing is surprisingly flexible. I am a true 48 and I bought this worried it would not fit, and it does. The shirt is designed to have a tailored, fitted look.

The hole in the back is normal; all LUCA t-shirts have this handmade feature in the back.

Remarkable hand dyed look. It's clearly a work of art.
