Who Decides War Men's Shorts

Who Decides War is an American fashion brand founded in 2016 by Tela D'Amore and Everard Best, aka Ev Bravado. Based in New York City, the brand is known for its highly detailed denim designs, combining deconstruction and crust techniques with antique illustrations and modern prints. Bravado rose to prominence in the 2010s with the brand Lease on Life Society. The brand evolved into the eponymous Ev Bravado before D'Amore joined to create Who Decides War in 2019. The common thread in all of Bravado's brands is the references to Christian images as well as New York hip-hop, as shown in several collections, including the Who Decides War hoodies that celebrate New York hip-hop legends like the Diplomats and the Ruff Ryders.
