In 1991, Ralph Lauren received a teddy bear that was wearing miniature Polo clothes as a gift from his staff. The gift sparked what would become Polo’s second most iconic logo: the Polo Bear. The Polo Bear has since been used on many of the brand's most successful and iconic sweatshirts and hoodies.
