Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi, better known as Kid Cudi, is an American rapper, record producer, and actor. Born in 1984 in Cleveland, Ohio, Cudi is known for his introspective lyrics and daring crossovers. Cudi's debut mixtape, A Kid Named Cudi, was released in 2008 by streetwear brand 10.Deep together with Fool's Gold Records. It featured the song Day 'N Nite, which became his breakthrough hit. That same year, Cudi signed with Kanye West's label GOOD Music and was featured on Ye's album 808s and Heartbreak.

Besides his music, Kid Cudi has also been an influential fashion figure. Cudi worked at the New York BAPE store before the release of his debut album, Man On The Moon, and rekindled with the Japanese streetwear brand on a capsule collection in 2021. Next to fanmade Kid Cudi clothing and merchandise, he also worked on a merchandise collection with Cactus Plant Flea Market to commemorate the release of his seventh studio album, Man On The Moon III.
