Colette
French concept store Colette opened in 1997 in Paris. Founded by Colette Roussaux, the store's influence on both lifestyle and high-low luxury continues to this day. Colette offered a wide range of products across style, design, art, and food. The store's logo features two blue dots, and its apparel often bears the phrase "Mon Amour." During its final years, Colette was led by Roussaux's daughter Sarah Andelman, who served as creative director and head of purchasing. Colette's hoodies, accessories and footwear have become collectibles. The boutique, which also featured a water bar serving more than 100 types of bottled water, was a favorite of celebrities and luxury fashion enthusiasts. Colette incubated cutting-edge fashion and design and its collaborations with brands and designers were highly sought-after.
