Fragment Design × Pokemon

The THUNDERBOLT PROJECT BY FRGMT & POKÉMON is a collaborative effort between Hiroshi Fujiwara's Fragment Design and the Japanese anime multimedia franchise Pokémon. The collaboration debuted in 2018 with a merch collection released exclusively inside the Pokémon GO game. Since then, it has expanded to real-life merchandise, including hoodies, t-shirts, plush toys and accessories. The Fragment Design x Pokémon releases are predominantly hued in black, reinterpreting the colorful Pokémon world to a monochromatic color scheme. The THUNDERBOLT PROJECT has collaborated with Moncler and Fendi and extends beyond fashion through releases with Nintendo and the MIYASHITA PARK Hotel in Shibuya, Tokyo.
