Vetements May The Bridges

As one of Demna's last collections at Vetements, Fall/Winter 2017 showed a focus on everyday street uniforms. One of the key items from the collection was the May The Bridges I Burn hoodie, which featured some of Vetments' signature designs complemented by a poetic text.

The phrase, "May The Bridges I Burn Light The Way," is credited to Dylan McKay, played by Luke Perry in the television series Beverly Hills, 90210. Beyond the deep red hoodie with contrasting bright lettering, the design was also used on a long black sleeve and a zipped split hoodie, which was combined with the Antwerp tourist design.
