Germany
While Germany is not necessarily known as an overtly stylish nation, the country's history and present carry some of the most influential brands of modern fashion. From the iconic Dassler Brothers founding Puma and Adidas to the high-end minimalism by Jil Sander and the classic sophistication of the late great Karl Lagerfeld, Germany has always had a lot to offer.
The Germans were the first to introduce synthetic pigmentation in the 18th century with Prussian blue, which could now best be generalized as navy. The white, yellow, black and red from Germany's soccer jerseys, however, especially those from the West Germany era, are what the country is really renowned for.
