Grailed Labels Terms of Use

Our "Grailed Labels" service is currently only available for shipments originating from the 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands and going to the 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. By using Grailed Labels, you agree to be bound by the following terms, in addition to our Terms of Service and any other rules, policies or procedures applicable to you.

By selecting a shipping fee and label while listing your item, you authorize Grailed to bill you the applicable shipping fee at the time of the transaction if the item is sold. This shipping fee, along with any commission or other item due to Grailed in connection with the transaction will be deducted from your payment account. You are solely responsible for selecting the proper and sufficient shipping option for your item, and if you select an improper or insufficient shipping option for your item, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to it, Grailed may (in its sole discretion) either deduct from your account, or otherwise bill or charge you for, the balance of any shipping fees or charges applicable to your transaction, as well as terminate your account and use of Grailed's marketplace and other Services for repeat offenses. Grailed reserves the right to charge your account for additional freight costs associated with overweight or over-sized parcels. You hereby agree to automatic debiting for the balance of any shipping fees or charges and additional freight costs. If you are not eligible for automatic debits and Grailed bills or charges you for the balance of any shipping fees or charges applicable to your transaction, you are required to promptly repay Grailed for this amount and a debt will be created for the amount that you owe us for the debit. Whilst the debt remains outstanding, Grailed may suspend or terminate your access to the Services in accordance with the Terms of Service.

All shipping fees, rates and prices offered through Grailed Labels are subject to change without notice. Shipping fees do not include, and Grailed shall not be responsible for, any local customs charges, import taxes or duties or any similar charge(s) incurred through the carriage and/or delivery of any shipments.

You may request a refund for unused postage via email to Grailed Support at, but please note that any refund is subject to the policies of the applicable courier, not Grailed, and Grailed will not be responsible for issuing any refunds or paying any amounts paid by you in connection with shipping an item. Any postage or fee refund claims must be filed within 30 days after the label has been issued. If any such charges become due as a result of carriage and/or delivery of a shipment and are charged to Grailed by any competent authority the seller agrees to reimburse Grailed fully in respect of the same within seven (7) days of our demand.
