BY PURCHASING AN ITEM YOU ARE ACKNOLEDGING THAT YOU HAVE READ ALL OF THE DESCRIPTION ALONG WITH ANY POLICIES LISTED WITHIN IT. Again, I do not want you to purchase an item that you don't want and reading the description thoroughly will ensure this as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Having said that, I really try to provide items that you want in a quick & professional manner, so I really would appreciate good feedback as it really helps, ill make sure to do the same! My long descriptions may intimidate you, but as you can see through my 90+ 5 star feedbacks in reviews, I take my job very seriously and the vast majority of buyers are happy with their purchases. This long description is simply just to ensure that you are as well 😊 happy shopping.

ITEM CONDITION: All the photos show all angles of the item so you can easily examine the item including the condition yourself! However, in my opinion, this item is in used condition. Having said that, my idea of the condition of the item may be completely different than yours, so please make sure to thoroughly examine the photos and if you have any specific questions about the condition, please feel free to ask before purchasing! Me saying the item is used could mean anything from significant wear/tear/fading/paint chipping/alterations/missing aglets to just light creasing or fraying, so please use the photos for reference to determine what flaws will be on the item as photos of the item will provide a better description than I can!

POLICIES AND CLARIFICATIONS OF MY STORE: Throughout my years of selling, I have had a few buyers unhappy with their purchases and I just want to clarify a few things to make sure you are happy with your purchase;

- Items are not guaranteed to have a fresh scent: the vast majority of my items are used and come from various sources, this means your item could either smell fresh (id say the majority of my items do) or smell mouldy, it varies from item to item and I am happy to smell check an item before selling it if you would like, as an item not smelling the way you want it to will NOT BE A REASON FOR A REFUND. Please ask beforehand as purchasing this item confirms that you are happy to receive the item regardless of the smell.
- An item breaking after it is in your possession is out of my control and will not be compensated with a refund: I GUARENTEE that any item I send you will be sent in the exact same condition that I listed it in, as all of my items sit in my storage locker until sold. However, if you wear an item for a few days and it breaks, or an item tears when you try it on, a refund will not be given. As a seller, the best I can do is list items in the condition they are in, and hope that the buyer takes delicate care of the item. However, I have heard of people saying that the shoe broke after wearing it, or the jeans ripped after trying them on, and I just want to clarify that THIS IS POSSIBLE AND I DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR THIS. I guarantee that the item you receive will be in the same condition you purchased it in, however I do not guarantee that the item you receive will be in completely wearable condition. Especially when selling vintage items, dry rot exists, soles may decay, and these are all things that as a seller I cannot account for. I am more than happy to provide details on the material of an item, whether or not I think it is in wearable condition, and pretty much anything along these lines, but I cannot stress enough that an item breaking after it is in your possession is out of my control and will not be compensated with a refund. Please ask beforehand about this information, as purchasing this item confirms that you are happy to receive the item in the condition that it was pictured in, and understand that it is possible that the item breaks while in your possession and it is not to be compensated with a refund.

- Measurements are guaranteed within 3 inches of the listed measurement FOLLOWING MY MEASUREMENT PROCESS LISTED BELOW: I do provide measurements with my listings, however, I am aware that everyone has different ways of measuring items, so I cannot guarantee that my way will be the same as yours, and thus can only guarantee my measurements within 3 inches of my listed methods. FOR JEANS; Inseam is measured laying flat and I will either stretch the pants as far as they can stretch before measuring from the crotch to the leg opening or I will just measure the item without stretching it, Knee is measured laying flat somewhere in a general middle ground between the thigh and the leg opening (this is estimated), Thigh is measured laying flat and I will either stretch the pants as far as they can stretch before measuring or I will just measure the item without stretching it and I go from the bottom of the crotch to the side of the pants on a 180 degree angle, Front rise is measured from the button of the jeans to either the crotch or where the stitching around the crotch area ends (depending on the gap between the stitching and the actual crotch, this could make for some variation), Waist is measured laying flat and I will either stretch the pants as far as they can stretch or not stretch them at all before measuring from one side of the waist to the other (sometimes if I see the waist size on the tag, I will stretch the jeans to see if they can make that size, and if so I list it at that size), Leg opening is fairly straight forward I just go from side to side but if a pair of jeans is baggy it may make for some variation. FOR JACKETS: all measurements are done laying flat, however sometimes the jacket is wrinkled in some parts and might make for some variations in the measurements. Additionally, for things like sleeve length and shoulders, sometimes there is not a stitching seam to indicate where the shoulders go or when the sleeve starts, so please be aware that sometimes these two will be very off with one seeming notably longer than it should be. FOR SHOES: the sizing of the shoe should be visible on the sizing tag, rather than going off whether somethings US size, I always recommend looking at the CM size as that is a lot easier to measure and compare to your other shoes. Occasionally I will have people say the shoes don’t fit them well, and looking at this sizing will ensure they do. Also just note that some items may have been previously been altered so the size on the tag may not be accurate. Please note that all of my items are not guaranteed to fit a certain gender, I will provide all necessary measurements to determine whether or not they will fit you correctly, however, the items I sell will be sold based on their Unisex sizing (such as shoes being 27cm or jeans being 32 inches) and it will be up to the buyer to determine whether this item would be a right fit for them PRIOR TO PURCHASING. If you require specific measurements before you purchase, feel free to ask! Otherwise, the assumption is that you are fine receiving the item based on its general sizing and do not care about specifics! As a result of this, saying that an item does not fit is not a reason for a refund, as it is your responsibility as a buyer to know your measurements and ask for measurements if they are important to you. The assumption of not asking for measurements will be that you are fine if it arrives and it is too short or too baggy or anything along these lines. Any measurements given are guaranteed within .5 inches, please make sure you know your sizes before purchasing to make sure you know the details of the product you will be receiving! AGAIN, all sizing is guaranteed within 3 inches. This may mean that an inseam is listed as 32 inches when in reality it is 29 inches. This happens because we may have different ways of measuring, and my items are guaranteed within 3 inches of my measurements. If you are skeptical about the measuring process I listed, feel free to ask me to include photos of me physically measuring the item so you can be sure the measurements were taken in a way that is suitable for you AS MEASUREMENTS NOT BEING WITHIN 3 INCHES OF ACCURACY WILL NOT BE REASON FOR A REFUND.

- Items are authenticated by graileds authentication process as well as my own, and if you think an item is inauthentic this is not a valid reason for a refund: As you can see I have 90+ 5 star reviews on my account, which obviously means I do an outstanding job sourcing authentic items from thrift stores and consignment shops. I only purchase items that I believe to be authentic, and grailed only lets me post items that they believe to be authentic, so this means that if you do not think an item is authentic, it is not a valid reason for a refund. Your authentication techniques may vary from mine, and its frustrating as a seller to know an item is without a doubt authentic, and to have someone less knowledgeable complain that it is not authentic. If you have any doubts or questions about how I authenticate my items, please ask beforehand as again, ALL OF MY ITEMS ARE EITHER authenticated by graileds authentication process aswell or my own, and if you think an item is inauthentic this is not a valid reason for a refund. If you have any questions about material, or stitching, or anything that may lead you to believe that an item is inauthentic, BRING THIS UP BEFOREHAND, AS OUR AUTHENTICATION PROCESSES MAY DIFFER AND THESE ARE BEING LISTED BASED OFF OF MY OWN.

- Items are not guaranteed to be a certain condition and may have some flaws that make them in your opinion unwearable: the vast majority of my items are used and come from various sources, this means your item could either be in perfect condition with no flaws, or it could be in poor condition with many flaws. Flaws can be any flaw you can imagine, and I would just like to write a clear line to say that your item may; have damaged laces, be missing buttons, be missing a zipper, have a broken zipper, have popped sole bubbles, be missing insoles, have paint chipped, have been poorly repainted, have cuts, have holes, have been altered, have damaged sleeves/legs, and much more. Unclear photos will not be a reason for a refund, if you believe a certain photo is unclear or is not shown, it is your responsibility as a buyer to clarify, I AM COMPLETELY HAPPY TO SEND AS MANY PHOTOS REQUIRED BEFORE SHIPPING OUT. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTOS IN DETAIL TO ENSURE YOU HAVE SEEN EVERY SINGLE PART OF THE ITEM (AND IF YOU HAVENT ASK FOR MORE PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTION), AS THIS WILL ENSURE IT IS PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO NOT KNOW THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM BEFOREHAND. THIS MEANS THAT AN ITEM NOT BEING THE CONDITION YOU WANTED IT TO BE WILL NOT BE A VALID REASON FOR A REFUND.

WHERE WAS THIS ITEM SOURCED FROM: All of my items are either thrifted, from consignment shops, from new with defect lots, or from my personal collection.

SHIPPING PROCESS:

- All of my items are shipped as a regular parcel with a valid tracking number provided.
- Sometimes the tracking number may take a few days to pickup, as I drop all of my packages into the Canada post drop box which sometimes gets picked up slowly. On average I’d say they start moving within a day or two of me dropping them off
- All items are shipped and sealed in mailer envelope packaging. For jeans or jackets I will not put them with any bubble wrap, but with shoes I will typically wrap them around with bubble wrap and put them in these same mailers. However, I would be happy to ship in a bubble wrapped mailer if you are concerned with this method of shipment, just let me know beforehand if you have any questions!
- All of my items are listed as a sale of goods when I ship them out. This means that import fees may occur, and I am not responsible for this. If you have a different way you would like me to list them then feel free to do so!
- SHOES WILL NOT BE SHIPPED IN A BOX, FOR MORE INFORMATION ON THE SHIPPING PROCESS OF SHOES, PLEASE READ THE ABOVE INFORMATION.
- The shipping process is recorded for both buyer and seller protection.

- Please be advised that for these items I attempted to use a white background app & occasionally a part of the item will be cropped out or look a bit odd, for the most part this is just a flaw with the app, id you would like confirmation, just ask for additional pictures and I’m happy to provide.
