Knights Of Columbus Screw On Copper Tone / Enamel K Of C

Pre-owned in good condition. Does have a little metal wear around the enamel.

Not particularly sure what this is exactly. It is a pin but it is a short thick screw like pin with a bulky back kind of like a button. As such I am disclaiming that I myself don’t know the use for this item but it does seem like a cool little collectible!
