"In Medias Res" is a column in which photographer Chris Fenimore links up with some of fashion's most interesting people to see what they're wearing throughout the week.

Name: Robert McMillen

Age: 38

Occupation: Barber, Mildred New York

Neighborhood: LES

Favorite shop in New York City: Front General Store

Favorite restaurant in New York City: Zaragoza

How did you get into fashion: I've been fortunate to be associated with the industry through my barbering career, styling hair for various shows. More importantly, and humbling I might add, is the interaction with influential and creative individuals within fashion at the barber shop.

How would you describe your personal style: More function than form—pretty simple workwear pieces.

Current favorite piece(s) in your closet: I have a Wacko Maria jacket lined with some 3M Thinsulate that should get me through winter and the folks over at Dr. Martens just blessed me with some wax coated boots.

How long have you been using Grailed: I've been familiar with the site since close to its inception from my friend Eric Poon, Grailed's designer. I am so lucky to know a few guys on the team that I feel are some of the best guys you'll ever meet, who happen to exemplify what it means to have actual style, not just fashion.

Most memorable Grailed come up: I just picked up a navy APC belt.

Favorite fashion designers: Jean Touitou and Willy Chavarria.

Ultimate grail: All of 'em.
