Basketcase Gallery is an American streetwear brand founded in Costa Mesa, California, by Zach Kinninger in 2018. The brand is known for its goth-inspired designs, reimagining staples like denim jeans, t-shirts and leather jackets with daring prints, fabrics and finishes. Kinninger initially started in his college dorm room to design tattoo stencils. After experimenting with using his designs on apparel, he officially launched the Basketcase Gallery brand, building it into what it is now. Basketcase Gallery clothing delves from many influences, using graphic designs and tongue-in-cheek commentary on brands like Monster Energy, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Adidas as well as religious symbols and footwear. The brand opened its first store, HENCH, in Costa Mesa in 2023, while it also sells through exclusive online drops and select retailers.
